We are committed to keeping our clients secure and connected in the moments that matter most. **Responsibilities** + Program and configure advanced devices such as two-way radios, license plate recognition systems, and fixed video cameras. + Utilize and train customers on platforms such as CommandCentral Aware and Orchestrate, ensuring they are proficient in managing integrated solutions. + Prepare and deliver presentations to customers to explain technical solutions, project progress, and service options. + Conduct hands-on and remote virtual training sessions, simplifying complex solutions and concepts for end-users. + Troubleshoot and resolve software and system-related issues, providing excellent customer service. + Work with project managers, technicians, and sales teams to ensure successful project implementation. + Maintain accurate service records and training documentation for internal and client use. + Stay updated with emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and support to our clients. + Ensure that all projects meet or exceed customer expectations, delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships. **Essential Skills** + Experience in installing and servicing two-way radio equipment, particularly with products manufactured by Motorola Solutions. + Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, BICSI Installer, or similar credentials in low voltage cabling, networking, land mobile radio, or security systems. + Familiarity with advanced networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting. + Expertise with the Google application suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and other related tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, and in various weather conditions. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications, along with paid time off and holidays. We equip our technicians with the necessary power tools and specialty equipment for installation, maintenance, and service tasks. A company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel and must be picked up and returned to the office daily. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of fT Myer, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
