Summary: Seeking an RF Microwave Engineer to design, simulate, test, and support RF circuits and components.

Requirements:

MS in Electrical Engineering

5 years of experience in RF Design

3 years of experience with circuit simulation software (AWR/ADS/HFSS)

Knowledge of RF parameters (S-parameters, Noise Figure, Intercept Point, Compression, Spurious, Phase Noise)

US Citizenship required

Preferred Skills:

7+ years in RF Design

Experience with Architecture Fundamentals and RF Budget Analysis

Proficiency in Electro Magnetic Analysis

Active DoD Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

Design RF circuits using simulation tools (Microwave Office, Visual System Simulator, HFSS, ADS)

Mentor less experienced engineers and exercise judgment in methods and techniques selection

Test, tune, debug, and optimize prototype circuits; write test procedures and/or software

Troubleshoot circuits in test bench and simulation environments

Provide RF performance insights to System Engineering team

Partner with organization for development project scheduling including process development and customer interface for design reviews

Assist product transition from Engineering to Manufacturing including writing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
