Job Title: RF Engineer Job Description We are seeking an RF Engineer to directly support our client on the IWS 2.0 Directorate. The candidate will have experience in RF Design, development, and maintenance and will provide technical advisory support. Responsibilities + Provide programmatic and technical support to the Long Endurance Electronic Decoy (LEED) program with PMO IWS 2.0. + Use your knowledge in Decoy and EW Systems to overcome challenges in the design and implementation of receivers. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, advise repair capabilities, and support tasking related to testing and evaluation of RF Design. + Contribute to the development of technical Navy acquisition program documentation and briefings, as well as participate in milestone acquisition events. Essential Skills + RF Design + Electronic Warfare + Decoy Systems + Development and Maintenance of RF Design + Electronic Warfare Systems Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 5-10 years of experience in RF Design + Experience in the development and maintenance of RF Design Specifications and requirements, particularly in EW and Decoy Systems (SPEIR, NULKA, SLQ-32) + Experience performing Testing and Evaluation (T&E) of RF Designs + Active Secret Clearance Work Environment The work will be hybrid at the IWS 2.0 Directorate in Washington, DC. The directorate has been supporting state-of-the-art work for the last 30 years, ensuring that our nation's Navy stays updated on its Electronic Warfare and Decoy capabilities to maintain naval supremacy. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
