Position Summary\n

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an RF Experimentalist to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.\n

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of RF Experimentalist \n\nConduct experiments to support the directed energy bioeffects program.\nDevelop SOPs in a time sensitive manner with collaborators.\nDevelop and practice cadences for experiments.\nMaintain laboratory equipment\/supplies.\nAttend RF source installations and training.\nReduce measured data and provide field strength estimates.\nEnsure the quality of procedures and data.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory agencies.\nPrepare and present presentations and written documents summarizing efforts

Minimum Qualifications of RF Experimentalist
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience, Master's Degree and 1 year of experience or PhD and 0 years of experience in STEM related field. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply\n

Primary Knowledge & Skills Desired of RF Experimentalist \n\nWorking knowledge of RF sources pulsars (i.e. NLTL, DSRDs, magnetrons, AWGs etc.) and RF sensing equipment (i.e. D-dot and B-dot probes, oscilloscope, etc.).\nExperienced in good measurement practices to build confidence in results.\nSECRET Security Clearance\nWorking experience with anechoic chambers and\/or GTEM. Experience managing large data sets through Matlab preferably\n\n
