Job Description

As a Product Support Solutions Specialist, you will interact with customers to understand their objectives for ORAN and assist in developing deployment solutions. You will manage ecosystems, test strategies, and other customer needs, conduct program reviews, and build ORAN solutions from macro public networks to small private networks. A deep understanding of ORAN specifications is highly desired.

ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers to understand and develop ORAN deployment solutions.Manage ecosystems, test strategies, and other customer needs.Conduct program reviews and build ORAN solutions from macro public networks to small private networks.Troubleshoot and test RF, analog, and mixed signal circuits.Write test procedures and documentation.Essential Skills2+ years of experience with wireless communications, RF, analog, and mixed signal circuit troubleshooting and testing.High knowledge of ORAN specifications.Experience with 4G, 5G, and 6G technologies.Proficiency in Python and Linux.Familiarity with CPRI/eCPRI interfaces.Experience with major test tools and equipment such as Agilent PSA, MXA, ENA, ESG, and power meter.Experience with environmental testing using temperature chambers.Ability to communicate effectively and write detailed test documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustry-level sales experience.Knowledge of 5G NR/LTE and 4G/5G standards.Knowledge of Visual Basic.Net or other equivalent text-based programming languages for test automation.Familiarity with software integration and error tracking tools.MSEE degree or equivalent professional experience.Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.Work Environment

This position requires onsite work with travel up to 35% of the time. The role involves using various technologies and equipment, including signal generators, Agilent PSA, MXA, ENA, ESG, and power meters. The work environment includes managing ecosystems, test strategies, and conducting program reviews.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
