Job Title: RF Support Engineer
Job Description

As a Product Support Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand the objectives for ORAN and assist in developing solutions for deployment scenarios. You will work with customers to manage ecosystems, test strategies, and other needs, including program reviews and building ORAN solutions from macro public networks to private networks.

ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers to understand their objectives for ORAN.Assist in developing deployment solutions for ORAN.Manage customer ecosystems and test strategies.Conduct program reviews.Build ORAN solutions from macro public networks and private networks.Essential Skills2+ years of proven experience with wireless communications, RF, analog, and mixed signal circuit troubleshooting and testing.High knowledge of ORAN specifications.Familiarity with 5G NR/LTE and comparable 4G/5G standards.Experience with Visual Basic.Net or other equivalent text-based programming languages for test automation.Familiarity with CPRI/eCPRI interfaces.Experience with software integration and error tracking tools.Experience with major test tools and equipment such as Agilent PSA, MXA, ENA, ESG, and power meter.Environmental testing experience using temperature chambers.Ability to communicate effectively.Good writing skills with experience in writing test procedures and documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustry-level sales experience.Knowledge of Python and Linux.Technical support experience.Fluency in English, MSEE or equivalent professional experience.Work Environment

This position requires onsite work with travel up to 35% of the time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
