We are seeking a RF System Validation Lead to manage a team of engineers responsible for developing cellular modems integrated into Apple’s mobile devices. The team’s primary objective is to validate and optimize the receiver embedded within the cellular RF sub-system as well as secure RF subsystem modem integration for receiver related topics, such as downlink through-put across different cellular scenarios. As the Team Lead, you will be accountable for establishing the technical direction of the team. This entails defining the team’s work scope, guiding their execution toward project objectives, and providing regular updates on challenges and progress. Your technical expertise will enable you to effectively guide your team in technical details while maintaining an overall understanding of the project’s scope. You will prioritize requests to your team and align work you're doing with relevant collaborators. You are actively managing dependencies to other teams and ensure their in-time deliveries.
