Job Title: RF Systems/Electrical Engineer

Job Description

The RF Systems Engineer will participate in engineering disciplines such as RF, radar, digital design, and analog design. This role involves being an individual contributor within a cohesive engineering team, responsible for delivering communications products to global customers. The engineer will work closely with the engineering team to understand the nuances of design, testing, and systems. Initially, the role follows a 6-9 month roadmap, starting with learning the product and gradually moving into pure RF design. Responsibilities include devising initial concepts for devices, components, or systems, participating in detailed product design, assuming project responsibilities, maintaining technical documentation, and assisting in developing proposals for new technical programs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.

Work Environment

The work environment requires strong fundamentals in RF such as impedance matching, distributed systems, and passive RLC. The role demands creating schematics, wire lists, circuit simulation skills using tools like Spice, and hands-on experience in RF tuning using RF instruments. ITAR Environment
