Job Description
As an RF Technician, you will work collaboratively with others and adapt to varying work demands while balancing customer requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating and troubleshooting products for needed repairs, performing incoming product evaluations, and communicating with customers and global service partners as needed.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop an environment of continual improvement through the use of Lean tools.Promote the company's values through actions, including Trust, Innovation, Teamwork, Achievement, and Accountability.Describe and contribute to the quality policy and goals, and understand the effects of not observing requirements.Evaluate and troubleshoot products for needed repairs.Communicate and interact with customers and global service partners as needed.Perform incoming product evaluations.Essential SkillsExperience with Electrical, Mechanical, and RF troubleshooting.Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, installation, and schematic interpretation.Knowledge of using test equipment such as multimeters, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, frequency counters, and RF Generators.Experience with test equipment including spectrum analyzers, RF engineering tools, and oscilloscopes.Understanding of electrical engineering principles.Ability to perform calibration and test procedures in accordance with ISO/ICE accreditation.Experience with Microsoft Office and corporate ERP systems.Prior electronics service repair/calibration experience.Technical degree or certification required.Proficient soldering skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates degree is a plus.Why Work Here?
