Our client, an asset management company located in Boston, US, is seeking a temporary RFP writer to join their global team. In this role, you would independently create and process comprehensive RFP responses, requests for information, due diligence questionnaires, quarterly updates, and more. This is a full time, hybrid role with a 3 days onsite/2 days remote schedule and the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. Compensation for this role ranges from $34-38 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities:
* Manage RFPs, RFIs, due diligence documents from inception to completion; coordinate with Subject Matter Experts throughout the organization to write/edit content, obtain, analyze and report extensive complex data and ensure the on-time delivery of quality proposals to prospects/clients.
* Be completely accountable for documents produced and provide urgent, top shelf service if any follow up or question arises in relation to a completed document. * Actively partner with investments to maintain content records on both a pre-determined schedule and on as-needed basis for the RFP Content team.
* Contribute to content management by supplying new content obtained from SMEs in the course of RFP creation to the content team for inclusion in the central RFP database (Qvidian).
* Produce portfolio data and reporting as necessary for completion of RFPs/DDQs using Bloomberg as well as proprietary systems and tools.
* Understand and continually build your product knowledge, develop an excellent understanding of the various investment processes for Amundi US's strategies. * Work together with other team members in Europe/Asia to complete documents where local investment knowledge is needed.
* Assist management with any projects as requested for the wider business or ad hoc initiatives.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Previous experience with RFPs is desired, but not required.
* Some investment management, or related, experience is a plus.
* Experience with or knowledge of the investment vehicles we offer is a plus (Mutual Funds, Commingled Vehicles, Separately Managed Accounts, SMA/Model Delivery)
* Familiarity with any database experience is helpful, but not required.
* 1+ Years within the financial services industry is a plus.
* The ability to coordinate, organize and prioritize projects is essential for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of personnel.
* Self-motivated and driven: ability to excel in a fast paced, team-oriented, and corporate environment with strong work ethic.
* Analytical mindset and extreme diligence and accuracy.
* Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.
