You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

You will:
Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisionsLeads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocksSuggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of saleFollows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brandPlays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targetsWhat you will bring

What you need to know about this position:
Support the strategic planning and execution of RGM Main pillars Pricing, PPA, Promotions and Mix Management. Develop postmortem analysis.
Conduct statistical and trend analysis to identify market opportunities, business strengths, and provide recommendations to enhance performance
Monitoring existing KPI metrics by developing methodologies and reports for analyzing and presenting data, making data-driven insights accessible and actionable
Enhance competitor and market analysis, identifying trends, correlations and white spaces; Elaborate Pricing, Promotions and PPA strategies to address opportunities.
Develop predictive models, regression modeling, price elasticity analysis, and promotion optimization to extract actionable insights from data
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the proper execution of RGM strategies
Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree on Economics, Finance, Engineering, Actuarial or related
Job specific requirements:
At least ~3 years of experience in roles related to data analysis, or revenue growth management, preferably in the FMCG sector with a strong understanding of business processes related to Revenue Management, including promotions, pricing, insights and sales
Broader data analysis capabilities. Previous experience in Consumer & shopper Insights, Key account Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, CPG consulting or related
Ability to translate complex data into actionable solutions and processes, enabling data-driven decision-making
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to quickly learn new software applications for data analysis and reporting
Strong verbal and written communications skills to present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders and leadership
Ability to function effectively in a teamwork environment with strong skills on influencing and leadership
Languages: English (Advanced).
