RGM Digital Transformation Manager
Overview PepsiCo is looking for RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Digital Transformation Manager to join in one of our European offices. Main purpose of the role is to design, develop & deploy the foundational PE, PEA, Simulator Digital Products and Services that leverage data to maximise revenue via pricing and promo mechanisms that resonate with market needs across Top 13 markets. Responsibilities Support delivery and ongoing improvement Partner with Strategy & Transformation (S&T) capability teams to design, build and sustain digital product in market. Partner with Deployment teams for deployment Engage with Europe (Sector) teams to capture user feedback, resolve issues (in partnership with S&T capability) Drive sector engagement and alignment on ongoing product iteration based on feedback (product features, customization requirements etc), feeding into overall product roadmap Support lead to Track and manage budget Analyze performance and value Measure product performance and business adoption Work with S&T and Sector teams to diagnose issues ( e.g. low adoption of solution, model output not consistent with business expectations) Track and ensure value realization Deployment readiness / intake Work with Sector teams to plan for deployment readiness ( data, user training etc) Partner with S&T capability to ensure project planning and market readiness / highlight, escalate issues and necessary Business integration Work with Sector teams to identify and align interlocks into key business processes and governance Support Sector teams in change management as necessary to drive business impact Qualifications • Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Change Management/Transformation gained in a Top Tier CPG, working across multiple geographies. • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, understanding RGM business user needs and translating these into requirements. • Excellent project management skills – able to translate top line strategy into a granular change program. • Change management – able to understand business complexity and make trade offs to ensure on time project delivery. • Senior influencing skills – proven ability to take senior stakeholders with them and manage trade-offs to a conclusion. • Significant experience navigating a global matrix to drive transformation and impact. • Exposure to a digital transformation program and awareness of AI/ML tools preferred. • Comfort to operate between business and technical teams. • Prioritization – able to focus on the key functionality / business areas that will drive impact.
