RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Price Pack Acceleration Manager

This role is a project-based transformation role and will be a minimum of two years, with the potential opportunity to extend based on business need.

The RGM Price Pack Acceleration Manager reports to the Market RGM Sr Category Manager serving as a key accelerator for sizing and pricing initiatives for the local unit. This position drives the strategic development & execution of price pack, optimized portfolio, product and retailer mix to drive profitable growth for the enterprise. As a leader of the pricing and mix management practice, they are responsible for both strategic framework development and deployment into the marketplace to ensure flawless execution in the marketplace.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor Degree

5+ years of working experience and/or internship experience in a related field

Experience demonstrating advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities in a cross-functional team environment

Demonstrated ability to manipulate information from various sources, analyze data, and make appropriate recommendations.

Strong Excel skillset for data manipulation and analysis.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external teams

Proactive and service-oriented mindset to drive continuous improvement in trade processes

Integrated marketing or sales functional experience

Previous CPG experience preferred

What would be your key responsibilities?

Price and channel pack strategy development for the business unit

Shephard key stakeholder groups throughout the organization to align and accelerate price pack for the enterprise

Lead development of shelf back pricing architecture and strategy

Develop long term vision for channel pricing, retail margin, and promotional architecture

Co-pilot development of customer pack mix strategy with sales leadership

Create and manage the US pet nutrition SKU assortment architecture

Lead annual RGM pack opportunity mapping with business management teams to surface opportunities across price, packages and mix for the enterprise

Leverage advanced analytics to drive step change in US pet nutrition portfolio innovation and advance the RGM digital toolkit

Use technical skills with appropriate analysis applications to provide optimum level of support the business management teams (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
