**Context**
The Revenue Growth Management area is responsible for top-line optimization within Diageo, driving a more strategic approach that should ultimately accelerate revenue and value creation (sustainable growth).The position of RGM Sr. Manager leads pricing processes within Diageo Brazil and this professional will act in close partnership with the Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams, leading strategic pricing discussions, challenging current pricing models, implementing new decisions in/outside of company boundaries, and monitoring in-market evolution.
**Top 3 Priorities**
· Partner with cross functional teams to deploy price architecture with a broader understanding of channel and regional approach, addressing opportunities to optimize prices and deliver the triple win (Diageo, customer and final consumer).
· Coach and develop RGM capabilities and processes across the organization to grow their pricing knowledge and business partnering skills.
· Lead pricing control tower in RGM team to monitor price adherence and execute needed interventions.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
· Graduation degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
· Experience in FMCGs or strategic consulting
· Strong track record in analytic or commercial sales/finance roles
· High business sense and strategic mindset
· Leadership skills capable of assuring process adherence and value
· Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
