We are looking for a Rheumatology Marketing Lead, a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, to join our Immunology department based in Madrid, Spain.
About the Role
As a Rheumatology Marketing Lead, you will act as the liaison between the EU Strategy Operations team and the area, ensuring alignment of strategies and stakeholder plans. You will drive the localization and implementation of the area strategy and action plan in close partnership with the Area Head and the Ecosystem Lead.

Reporting to the Franchise Head for Bone & Rheum, you will be part of a close-knit team of colleagues, known for their collaborative and respectful working environment. You will play a critical role in delivering value to patients, healthcare professionals, and payers. This position requires strong collaboration with the Medical Strategy Lead, Field Medical Lead, and Access Solution Manager.
What You’ll Do
Lead the cross-functional development of the Integrated Strategic Plan (ISP), delivering impactful patient value solutions aligned with Large Patient Value Unit goals.Drive excellence in the use of omnichannel strategies, planning, and solution development for local implementation.Oversee the implementation of ISPs supporting innovative digital solution adoption.Develop the launch plan for new assets, coordinating cross-functional activities with the launch team.Represent the area in EU Strategy Operations communities, contributing insights and best practices from local activities and projects.Manage forecasts, monitor brand KPIs, analyze market data, and oversee budgets to ensure optimal performance.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare, with 3–4 years of experience in stakeholder-facing roles within healthcare.Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams and leading cross-functional project teams.Knowledge of regulatory and access/HTA guidelines.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Demonstrated ability to develop high-impact solutions aligned with ecosystem needs.Strong business planning, tactical plan development, and execution skills, particularly in the hospital market (experience in the immunology or biological market is a plus).
