RIA Enterprise Analyst

As a member of the Enterprise RIA team, the primary responsibility of the RIA Enterprise Analyst is to support with team initiatives and ongoing key account management and development. The RIA Enterprise Analyst must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support the Enterprise RIA team with initiatives pertaining to team planning, fundraising, marketing, CRM as well as ad hoc projects
+ Support the Home Office in all aspects of building and maintaining client partnerships with Turnkey Asset Management Platforms (TAMPs), RIA-Aggregators, and Multi-Family Offices
+ Streamline the client database (SalesForce.com) management to enable proper team coverage, prospect identification, and key firm information storage
+ Utilize third-party data resources (RIA Database, Discovery Data, Dakota) to identify leads within specific territories and or investment categories
+ Develop strong relationships with groups within NB to articulate, process and resolve client requests and manage deadlines. Ensure a superior client experience by coordinating deliverables with legal client service, reporting, marketing, RFP, and portfolio management teams
+ Participate in due diligence calls with clients and prospects: prepare pre-meeting materials, assist with call notes, and follow up with items in a timely manner
+ Create customized presentations on the state of our business for senior management and key internal stakeholders
**Qualifications**
+ 1-3 years of industry experience desired.
+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; strong technical skills are a must and will be utilized to work with large datasets in Excel and effectively visualize information in PowerPoint
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
+ Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects, coordinating with numerous internal groups
+ Team player, highly motivated, and curious
+ Strong interest in investments, investment products, sales enablement, and relationship management
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment; capacity and ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
+ Series 7, 63/65 and 31 or Series 7, 66, and 31 licenses required within 6 months of employment
+ Progress toward CFA or CAIA is a plus, but not required

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
