What You Will Be DoingCoordinates and performs training, including department orientation and continuous on the job training in accordance with Six Flags and Great Escape Resort standardsProvides first class Guest Service to include interaction with Guests who are angry or upset and creates an atmosphere that requires the same of all Leads, and Team Members.Perform duties as a Team Member when necessary, including but not limited to operating ridesCompletes daily inspections to be recorded on company documentsCoach and document employee events and disciplinePractices, supports, maintains and enforces a total safety culture for all Leads, and Team Members.How You Will Do ItMust be trained and have general knowledge of all aspects within the ride operations departmentUses creative and technical skills to develop new ideas and operational procedures.Ensures that the entire Team is always prepared and well equipped to perform their jobs.Assists Operations Full Time Supervisor in the day to day operation of the Rides DepartmentComply with all Great Escape Resort and Six Flags policies and proceduresFollow all delegated tasks assigned by Operations Management or as stated in the Operations Standard Operating Procedures
