SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Rigger for Crane Operations team, heavylift and transport projects Schedule - Night Shift Working at Port Sulphur, LA - Venture Global Project Mammoet is seeking skilled and experienced individuals to ensure the successful completion of Phase 2 of the Venture Global Project. Are you able to work alongside our team and help us continue with the reputation of working with excellence? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Preparing and handling auxiliary equipment for the lifting, transport and movement of project loads Securing the load and the job site Installing and disassembling ancillary materials Guiding the operator through signaling and radio comms Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to the required standard WHAT YOU’LL NEED Pass written exams and proficiency evaluations approved by KZJV Crane Training within the past 5 years. Approved training is as follows: Pass KZJV approved Rigger Training and proficiency evaluation (ETS) or Current possession of NCCER Intermediate Rigger and proficiency evaluation or Have current Level 1 Rigger Certification from NCCO and proficiency evaluation administered by a KZJV Qualified or Competent Person. Professional level experience in rigging operations and equipment. Basic level experience in hydraulics and mechanics. Excellent communication and situational awareness skills English, basic proficiency verbal and written Safety training and certification to Mammoet standards Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining Three years of relevant work experience in a technical or transport environment WHAT YOU’LL GET Health and Dental Benefits 401K with 6% employer matching Paid Vacation Paid Sick Per Diem, where applicable WANT TO KNOW MORE?
