In the role of Real Estate Services Technician II, we'll count on you to:

Work up to 3 days a week or more, seconded to a client office supporting property research, ROW permitting and easement acquisition efforts. During times not working for this client, the person will support other office wide permitting and ROW acquisition efforts on existing projects. We will count on you to:

Perform entry-level-mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects as required by the assignment.Maintain data and communication flow, supported by strong editorial and verbal skills.Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Utilize industry experience such as paralegal, mortgage or real estate background.Train in job-appropriate aspects of right-of-way industry.Perform property research, apply for State and Municipal utility permits, and draft and acquire easements from property owners.Maintain tracking status of multiple projects at once.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.Basic working knowledge of ArcGIS maps and how to navigate them is a plus.Basic understanding of electrical drawings, descriptions, and facilities is a plus.Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience with right-of-way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus Ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey Proficiency with Microsoft Office Industry experience is beneficial and highly organized work approach
