**What You’ll Do**
+ Participation & support of UNIT sales management cadence
+ Aligned to specific Sales UNIT’s
+ Ownership of WW projects and initiatives
+ Part of a team of 4/5 analysts working for a Team Leader
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Salesforce.com management: Contact Records, Aged Opportunity management, User permissions, ARR Category Changes, Duplicated accounts
+ Boostup Opportunity Pathing updates
+ Marketing requests for Salesforce.com updates (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns…)
+ Support the annual territory planning process in conjunction with the UNIT Sales Operations Managers (SOMS)
+ Pipeline Analysis Support
+ Support Unit SOMS with data and analysis prep for unit and functional quarterly business reviews
+ Reporting to Right Shore Operations Team Leader
**Who You’ll Work With**
+ UNIT Sales Operations Managers (SOMS)
+ Operations teams and collaborating departments
+ Upper management
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with operations teams, collaborating departments, and upper management
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
+ Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and database software tools (PowerBI, etc.) for daily tasks, including running and interrogating reports, updating logic and filters, and creating new reporting views
**What You’ll Bring**
+ Significant experience in a relevant sales operations role
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields (finance, statistics, reporting)
