RFI specializes in Cold Forming, Thread Rolling, Heat Treatment, and Surface Treatment of high torque tension bolts, shafts, and pins(M8 - M24) as well as supplying a variety of specialty screws(M4 - M7) and other cold-formed parts to the automotive industry.

Rightway Fasteners Production Associate Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organization and people skills.Good computer skills.Good aptitude for math.Good analytical skills and detail oriented.Highly motivated work ethic and positive attitude.Need to be okay with lifting up to 50lbs repetitively if neededPrevious experience using CalipersExperience in the automotive industry preferred but not required.Testing and Interview RequiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
