Roles and Responsibilities
Program management of the NASA HyTEC contractMetric creation/tracking, includes financial, resourcing, contractual deliverables and supporting schedule activitiesRoutine communication with the USG NASA customerEnsure contractual deliverables are reviewed and provided to the customer per the deliverable scheduleCoordination with internal engineering, contracts, finance and legal teams in support of the contractEvolve current operational rhythms for the contract, monitor success and continually improve contract executionProvide work scope guidance, drive resource plans, while following internal program timelines and tech maturation plansAssist with future USG external funding pursuits for RISE Open FanSupport the development of strategic pursuits of future external funding opportunitiesUnderstand obstacles spanning a range of engineering disciplines and drive escalation to leadership as requiredOwn the Flight Deck Operating System to manage external government technology development programsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in engineering or a related field with minimum of 5 years experienceDesired Characteristics
Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in engineering or MBAAbility to work with, influence, and align with multiple stakeholders/functionsStrong interpersonal, leadership and communication skillsProgram or project management experienceUSG or external partnership experienceFlight Deck implementation experienceStrong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Established program management skills.This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
