The role
As a Risk, Insurance and Claims Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Assisting the Group Head of Risk and Insurance in the maintenance, development, and maturity of best practice of the Global Insurance Portfolio and Enterprise Risk Management Framework throughout Babcock.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to provide continuous improvement of policies, procedures, training material and the implementation and development of systems and strategies.

Administrator for SharePoint and Connect Site for folders/documents and internal communications Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a Governance, Risk and Compliance tool Lead on the allocation of insurance recharges working with the Senior Finance Business Partner following renewals and schedule of rates Handle claims or redirect to Brokers where applicable and maintain accurate claims and policy records on SharePoint

 

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with occasional travel to Wigmore Street.

 

Essential experience of the Risk, Insurance and Claims Lead:

Proven experience in Insurance and or enterprise and operational risk management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills Demonstrable application of Babcock purpose and principles Knowledge and basic awareness of insurance

 

Qualifications for the Risk, Insurance and Claims Lead:
