As we provide our merchants with a 24/7 service, the position requires some evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
Review transactions and make accurate, timely decisions to detect fraud.
Conduct fraud tagging, labeling, and analysis to strengthen decision management.
Analyze patterns and provide insights to improve machine-learning algorithms.
Support fraud analysis for customer service tickets and online decision processes.
