As a Risk Analyst, you are responsible for the ongoing support of Michels risk management programs and initiatives. You will assist in facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization. In addition, you will monitor, report risk management issues, and develop methodologies for the assessment of risks. Critical to success is the ability to maintain organization, provide excellent customer service, and maintain open communication with internal and external customers.

What it takes:

High school diploma or GED, 1 -3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteThe ability to compile data from various platforms to identify and analyze operating companies’ exposure to riskIdentify, investigate, and resolve potential risks by determining trends and recommend means to reduce or mitigate risk based on organizational risk toleranceCreate, review, and provide claims analytical dashboards to company, divisional, and departmental leadsWork collaboratively with individuals within the Risk Department and other departments and divisions (Safety, Finance, IT, etc.) to develop processes, systems, and metrics to improve the overall risk profile of Michels Share
