Job DescriptionAt Lennox, we believe in growing and developing our talent. As the Risk Analyst II, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and planning strategies for improving risk management, including suggesting behaviors and developing processes to optimize global risk.
As a Risk Management team member, you will be an advocate of the Risk Management process and exemplify an inquisitive spirit, understand risk financing, leverage strong data management and reporting capabilities, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will listen to, educate, and influence cross-functional risk owners with recommendations and tools to mitigate risk. You will be challenged to improve the visibility of risk and influence management behavior through performance metrics and benchmarking.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Identify and prioritize risks, exposures and claims data for ongoing analysisOrganize and maintain risk exposures and loss control recommendations for annual insurance renewal submissionsAssist with Business Continuity Planning and exercise developmentProcess and organize Risk Management invoices for insurance premiums, third-party administration & broker feesPerform Contractual Risk Management (contract review)Liaise with operational stakeholders to advance progress of Risk Management goals and initiatives Assist in the management of property damage and minor third party liability claims
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business or related area or equivalent experience. An advanced degree, CPCU, ARM, AIC or other insurance professional designations are a plusGeneral knowledge of property, workers compensation, product/general liability insurance and other lines of coverage 1 years' progressive Risk Management experience Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise data systems; previous RMIS exposure is a plusData management and reporting expertiseAbility to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervisionMust be able to assess existing processes and suggest opportunities for improved efficiencies and costExperience managing insurance claims and other vendors related to property, workers compensation, product/general liability, directors and officers’ insurance and other lines of coverageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLimited U.S. travel (<10%)
