Risk Analyst- Spanish Language

Role Purpose Statement:

 

This role, reporting to the Risk COE lead, who is in turn part of the Insurance, Market and Credit risk leadership team will be responsible for production of global risk (Market and credit risk) reports including reconciliations and analysis, Insurance claim filing, analysis of financial and risk statements, responsible for working in liaise with all internal and external stakeholders such as traders, commercial team, finance business partners and brokers. 
The successful candidate will work closely work with risk, delta, credit and insurance teams to understand and develop new reports and enhance existing reports in tableau, support SLA’s for key deliverables etc. "
    
     
Main Accountabilities

Build working relationships with front office traders and finance partner team.  Ensure accurate commercial position reporting. Perform reconciliation from source system/position records to Bunge’s position reporting system Delta, investigate any material differences, and book/upload manual adjustments in Delta as needed/directed. Support the insurance team with regular administrative tasks (premium allocations, invoices, move work from SRS, etc.) Annual/monthly credit reviews of low dollar limits Master Data finance approver for non-commodity vendors Non- Delta reporting to insurance company Insurance claim submission and follow up  Create risk reports using Tableau desktop version, summarizing key positions by VC and at more granular levels. Working across a large array of commodities and markets (physical and derivative) Coaching trainees and newcomers on company and department activities. Produce and retain documentation in accordance with internal and external policies and procedures’ requirements.

Technical 

   

Knowledge in finance/market risk/trading concepts (e.g.: commodity futures, basis price, fixed price position, basis price position, hedging, trading, etc.).  Experience in accounting and finance reconciliation, issue investigation, coordination with stakeholders and follow-through to eventual issue resolution and documentation. Excellent communications and presentation skills. The successful applicant will be a detailed-oriented, results-driven, tenacious team player. He/she will have demonstrated an ability to lead the discussion on reconciliation and analysis with key stakeholders (e.g.: commercial organization, finance partner team and market risk teams). Ability to provide high quality level of customer service to internal & external stakeholders. Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure. Independent and meticulous with figures Strong written & oral communications skills in English.  Strong problem solving & organizational skills. Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

    
Education & Experience

University degree (Graduation, MBA , CMA or CA)  3-5 years of working experience in finance/accounting/risk, credit function, preferably in Ag industry.

Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup Experience in processing of high volumes of transactions Experience in Tableau   Strong customer service, communication skills/soft skills Working exposure in commodity industry
