Position Overview:The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Services (CS) Risk and Control Lead will be responsible for managing, executing, and overseeing all risk, controls and oversight practices in support of an integrated divisional strategy. Your Impact:The role is a risk and controls subject matter expert with demonstrated experience in partnering with key customers across the company to help develop, implement, and sustain risks, controls, and oversight practices. Key responsibilities include the following:
Partner with division leadership and practitioners to provide sustainable ways to ensure that products and solutions meet corporate risk and regulatory requirements and standards
Lead risk and control efforts for DEI/CS, i specifically third-party oversight such as; supplier management, independent risk assessments and supplier contingency plans for 300+ CS suppliers.
Serve as a lead representative with key internal customers (e.g., ERM-2LOD and Internal Audit) to support overall DEI/CS operating model and program oversight and internal audits for CS functions (i.e., Corporate Security, Facilities, etc.)
Develop and sustain mutually beneficial relationship with key internal customers (e.g., Internal Audit and ERM-2LOD, etc.)
Support the DEI/CS Risk and Controls team with risk management, execution and oversight of privacy, policy compliance, supplier risk management, operational risk monitoring and reporting, Process, Risk & Controls (PRC) oversight and testing, and Operational Resiliency Business Impact Assessments (Business Continuity Plans and testing
Maintain, track and communicate status of critical risk and controls priorities to DEI/CS leadership and key customers
Qualifications:Typically has 8+ years of related experience
College degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience supporting divisional risk and controls priorities. specifically third-party oversight and use of systems to support risk management and oversight (e.g., BWise, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and organize complex information

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $121,000 - $181,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
