Description We are in search of a Risk Assistant to become a part of our team in the non-profit sector, located in Los Angeles, California. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our risk and compliance department. This is a long term contract employment opportunity which involves managing data entry tasks, maintaining customer credit records, and tackling customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Provide support to the risk and compliance department, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently. • Accurately enter data related to incidents and investigation results into the department database. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to maintain and manage data. • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for various tasks. • Handle customer inquiries, addressing their concerns with effective communication skills. • Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. • Implement compliance risk strategies, ensuring all operations are in line with regulations. • Take charge of claim administration, ensuring all claims are processed accurately and timely. • Conduct complaint investigations, ensuring all complaints are thoroughly examined and resolved. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit industry • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat • Demonstrated experience with Case Management Software • Ability to effectively manage calendars and schedule appointments • Experience in Claim Administration • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken • Accurate and efficient data entry skills • Understanding and experience in managing Compliance Risk • Proven track record in conducting Complaint Investigations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
