The Program Risk Management (PRM) team is part of our Risk Consulting practice. Client Responsibilities:
Building valued relationships with external clients; Acting as a subject matter resource, leveraging your knowledge and experience to shape services for clients; Providing oversight and governance for ERP and technology projects, ensuring that they adhere to the organisation's project management framework and methodologies; Identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the program lifecycle. Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on the program's success; Establishing quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that program deliverables meet the required specifications and are fit for their intended purpose; Communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including executive leadership, project sponsors, functional leads, and end-users, to ensure their needs are understood and addressed; Overseeing change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes; Ensuring that the ERP system and related technology initiatives comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies; Managing relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers. Ensure that contracts are honored, service levels are met, and the organisation receives value from its technology investments; Monitoring the program's progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, and budgets; Providing regular reports to senior management and other stakeholders on the program's status and any issues that arise; Ensuring that the program is adequately resourced with the right mix of skills and expertise; Staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in ERP systems and technology program management; Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess the program's effectiveness, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future initiatives; Monitor and report on the realisation of benefits associated with the ERP/technology program, ensuring that the expected business outcomes are achieved.Internal Responsibilities:
Markets lead and Client liaison for ERP / Technology Programme Assurance offering Attending networking events both internal and external Assisting in client account management activities such as recruitment for the team, managing financial aspects of client engagements, and Quality and Risk Management; Building valued relationships with clients and EY colleagues to assist in generating new business opportunities for EY; Leading and supporting presentations and proposals for elements of medium to high complex projects to prospective and existing clients; Understanding EY’s service offerings and actively identifying opportunities to better serve our clients; Supporting team development activities, including: Supporting, coaching, and mentoring activities; Conducting performance reviews and contributing to performance feedback; Contributing to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training activities; Understanding, following and communicating workplace policies and procedures.Skills and attributes for success
Approximately 10+ years’ experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role in industry or the public sector; Approximately 15+ years of ERP / Technology Project Management and Programme AssuranceTo qualify for the role, you must have
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes; Good understanding of ERP / Technology project management principles; Strong 3rd level educational qualifications.Ideally, you will also have
Additional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2® or PMP, are desirable; Additional areas of interest include Project Assurance, Risk, Cyber and Data Privacy, Benchmarking and Best Practice.What we look for
