Maintains quality standards, support remediation efforts, ensure risk data is captured by developing controls, processes and procedures to effectively monitor and manage risk. Document/deliver actionable and timely feedback on the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Commercial lending activities. No Relocation Assistance **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Conduct credit, operational and compliance targeted reviews of increasing complexity on a regular basis 2. Review documentation, perform testing, and provide feedback on performance measurements 3. Assess levels of adherence to credit policies, procedures and processes, and identify control improvements in areas with medium to high complexity 4. Perform testing to support resolution of Regulatory/Audit issues 5. Create and maintain databases and management reports for interpreting data, and identifying trends 6. Provide feedback to leadership and teammates on continuous improvement opportunities 7. Participate in department projects or other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. College degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 2. 4 years work experience including, credit/underwriting, regulatory/compliance, and risk management 3. Comprehensive knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and related department processes 4. Strong communication and presentation skills 5. Intermediate PC skills to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Master's degree with 8 years of work experience in the areas of credit, operational or compliance, preferably in a centralized lending environment 2. Project management experience 3.
