What the day will look like Driving sales and sales strategy across Commercial Risk Hong Kong Engaging with potential clients through DAU activity, networking, referrals, pre-emptive marketing, presentations, cold-calling etc. Collaborating with client, team, segment, country leadership and across solution lines to implement effective sales strategies Paying particular regard to the Enterprise Client and large/multinational client communities Setting and achieving sales target at both a personal and regional level Supporting and coaching client-facing colleagues Curating a sales pipeline for AGRC Asia on Aon Connect Overseeing in-country sales activity, including in-person participation on an as-required basis Building and maintaining an understanding of AGRC capabilities to map to client/prospect demand Support broader Commercial Risk client acquisition through execution of the AGRC elements of : Prospect engagement/acquisition Commercial Risk RFP opportunities, including the timely contribution of quality materials to Bid Management and participation in RFP presentations Recruiting, supporting, coaching and developing sales colleagues as the AGRC Asia sales team is expanded Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in a role of similar size and complexity A proven track record in sales execution, whether working in a dedicated sales capacity or as a material component of a broader role Knowledge of insurance market dynamics and how these influence client risk perceptions & buying habits The ability to self-start on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Persistence and emotional resilience An outcome focused approach, backed by an ability to ‘think outside of the box’ The ability to create and curate cross-Company relationships Comfort in engaging with senior client and colleague leadership Strong influencing, negotiating, writing and presentation skills How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
