GENERAL DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY, SCOPE, PURPOSE)
Responsible for gathering, tracking, and monitoring all insurance coverage exceptions related to client requests and carrier requirements. Review insurance documentation against coverage requirements outlined in appropriate regulation(s) and lender credit risk policy. Identify trending compliance and procedural issues, and work with the management team to develop the appropriate resolution(s). Duties include utilizing the tracking system, necessary logs, reports and applicable feedback to ensure effective risk mitigation transactions.
