ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in the development and maturation of client's Enterprise Risk Framework, Risk Directives Framework, Issues Management Framework, Risk Governance Framework, and Risk Training Strategy to support the growth and maturation of the organization's second line of defense risk management activities.
Support the development and maintenance of governance processes and documentation in alignment with client’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Participate in the development of the enterprise risk training strategy and support development of enterprise-wide training to drive awareness and a culture of effective risk management
Develop program enhancements to identify critical areas to monitor and escalate issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders and governance committees
Develop enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies and framework to drive consistency in analyzing, reporting, and governing enterprise risks
Act as a thought leader working across the enterprise to develop and implement enterprise risk management practices, components, and framework.
Use analytical skills to conduct risk process improvement, design & drive process excellence and optimization efforts to mature the program
Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise or operational risk managementExperience with policy, procedure, and process developmentExperience leading risk and/or compliance related activities in financial services or other relevant industryEffective skill in building strategic and execution-focused plans and alliances with stakeholders and leadersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needsRisk Management Certifications are a plus** BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.**
