Risk Governance Product Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking risk and compliance, with a focus on governance, risk management, and corporate audit processes. This role is crucial in ensuring our product compliance, particularly for deposits, and maintaining effective process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with banking operations and product compliance.
Governance: Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly in relation to deposits and product offerings.
Corporate Audit: Conduct and oversee corporate audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance measures.
Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all processes related to risk and compliance.
Soft Skills: Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
Pain Points: Address and resolve pain points in current risk governance documentation and processes to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in risk management and compliance within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks and corporate audit processes.
Excellent soft skills, including communication and teamwork.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process documentation.
Priority Areas:

Product compliance, especially for deposits.
