Administrator, Risk Management

The Administrator, Risk Management will provide essential administrative support to the risk management team within an auto dealership company. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to handle time-sensitive tasks, and work closely with various departments and store locations to ensure efficient risk management operations.

The Administrator, Risk Management reports to the Corporate Claims/Risk Manager

Location: Medford, OR (On-site)

Compensation Range: $23/hr - $30/hr

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and store locations, addressing inquiries and providing support on risk management-related matters.Assist in processing and tracking all lines of claims (Auto Liability, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Property).Collaborate with store teams to ensure accurate reporting, including collecting and verifying repair orders and ensuring proper data posting.Review and track the status of claims and related documents, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Support the Risk Manager by managing scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and assisting with reporting and system updates.Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including employee claims and insurance documents.Proactively identify issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.Participate in internal meetings, offering insights and updates on ongoing tasks and claims.   Other duties and projects, as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with multiple internal teams and store locations.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with the ability to process data accurately and efficiently.Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs and address issues before they arise.Previous administrative or clerical experience in a similar role, preferably within an automotive or risk management environment.Familiarity with software tools for data management and reporting (e.g., Workday, CDK, or similar) is a plus.
