**Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting the Risk Oversight Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.**
**Job Title:** Risk and Compliance Analyst
**Location:** Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX
**Pay Range:** $55 - $60 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Analyze complex business and system changes to determine impacts and identify risks.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
+ Develop and execute reports in Tableau or Excel to support key risk oversight activities.
+ Provide consultation on complex business/system/platform changes, identifying potential risks.
+ Synthesize information and communicate effectively to senior leadership.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Experience in analyzing complex business/system changes and business process management.
+ Strong background in risk assessment and internal controls evaluation.
+ Advanced experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Excel.
+ Consulting experience in risk and business processes, particularly in a second-line oversight role.
+ Credit and operational risk experience with the ability to challenge business decisions effectively.
