Risk Management & Compliance - User Experience Design - Senior Associate

As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Portfolio Management & Data Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products by leveraging your knowledge of User Experience Design principles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, developers, stakeholders, and product you will create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions that cater to a diverse range of users in Risk Management & Compliance. As a core contributor of our team, you will have a significant impact by aligning user needs with business goals and creating data dashboards, reports, and tools that are served internally. 

Job responsibilities

Conduct user research and create detailed user personas, user workflows, information architecture and journey maps to inform design decisions Articulate design decisions to stakeholders, developers and educate them about Design Thinking and best practices of User Experience Design elegant solutions to specific interaction problems ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms  Work collaboratively with diverse teams to integrate inclusive design and accessibility through continuously iterating and incorporating user feedback  Assist in the data-driven analyses, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI design, visual design, and data visualization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 5 years in a user experience design industry roles or equivalent background in Human-Interaction Design or similar fields Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and making modern UIs with attention to detail Proficient with Figma including understanding components, variables, design system utilization with a proven track record of creating interactive prototypes A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your design process is required 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Understanding of business intelligent technologies (Tableau, Pega) is nice to have
