As a Finance & Business Management Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the firm's strength and resilience. Job Responsibilities

Support the CIB Chief Risk Officer with Chief of Staff type needs, including materials for regulator interactions, ad-hoc requests, town hall and newsletter preparations, materials and assisting in coordination for CRO travel, quarterly Material Risk Inventory review with the CRO,  and year-end deliverables such as coordinating the annual review of risk factors commentary in the 10K.  Support the New Business Initiative Approval and Product / Service Change Management processes as coordinator of CIB Risk involvement in these activities, which includes representing the CIB Risk function in development and implementation of the New Product Approval process that will replace existing processes.  This work involves frequent global interactions with potential NBIA/PSCM/NPA participants across CIB Risk (Wholesale Credit Risk, Market Risk, Country Risk, Reputation Risk, Payments Risk, and others). Produce reporting on the status of regulatory and audit issues and action plans owned by CIB Risk, which requires monthly coordination of action plan owners across CIB Risk. Coordinate data risk activities across CIB Risk with the owners of shared drives, sharepoints, and other methods of storing data, which includes identifying and implementing automated solutions for regular processes. This work involves frequent global interactions with owners in Wholesale Credit Risk, Market Risk, and other CIB Risk functions. Provide back-up coverage for coordination of the weekly CIB Risk Committee, Board Risk Committee materials production, and other governance processes. Instill and maintain strong organizational disciplines, controls and practices including adherence to policies and standards, creation and organization of internal procedures and documentation, and use of document management tools to organize, refine and reuse materials. Identify opportunities to centralize other functions with other Business Managers in the CIB Risk organization. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Management, Strategic or Program Management Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills to manage competing demands Excellent written and oral communication skills and present well to senior and global business heads Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships globally Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely Attention to detail with logical thought process
