Risk Management Specialist, 100% Remote

Job Summary:

Play a key role in supporting the risk management department in reviewing and evaluating different insurance policies to determine the associated risks involved for Employbridge. Provide the first line review of contracts with potential customers. Responsible for the Certificate of Insurance program at Employbridge. Provide analytics of risk related data.

 

Your Role & Responsibilities:

 

Maintain casualty and property insurance certificates of insurance. Manage & coordinate certificates of insurance with brokers throughout all annual policy Collaborate with cross functional partners to review contract insurance requirements for Certificate of Insurance. Assist in the maintenance of insurance policies and processing of endorsements. Assist in research, organization, and overview of client/prospect contractual insurance requirements. Liaise with contracts department, including preparing, coordinating, and validating insurance documents as Proactively engage with business stakeholders to ensure that proposed risk guidance around insurance requirements is understood, practical, and adds value. Support Risk and Safety team on any consulting regarding insurance exposure or Asist in determining Workers Compensation classification code. Conduct routine Workers Compensation code audits . Organize information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and present information in a manner that business partners and colleagues can review to make informed decisions. Ensure effective communication of the initiatives, goals, requirements, specifications, expectations, and progress between all parties as it pertains to contracts/insurance review via any internal means of communications systems or Participate in regular meetings with cross functional partners to discuss current and outstanding issues arising from any insurance requests or requirements. Process risk management related invoices. Generate data reports from multiple sources, as needed. Provide analysis of risk related data, as needed. Other projects and tasks as assigned by Assistant Risk Manager or Vice President, Risk Management and Analytics.

 

 

Preferred Education & Experience:

College degree required Work-related experience in risk management or insurance preferred Competencies in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel Experience with Riskonnect or Salesforce based platforms preferred

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $48,000 to $58,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
