Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons.

What you’ll own  

Manages execution of risk assessment activities and coordination of risk response and program testing and validation to ensure achievement of strategic objectivesDevelops, leads, manages and motivates staffMonitors staff performance, works with Human Resources on issues, works with employees to implement goals and document progressDevelops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policiesReviews significant events and advises business owners of action steps required to prevent future recurrenceDocuments risk analysis and controls and evaluates control design and continuous control improvementManages specific areas of exposure and selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operationsIdentifies areas of potential improvementDevelops and maintains knowledge of regulatory requirementsDevelops policy, governance and standardsAdministers budgetManages schedules and performance standardsParticipates in strategy and business plan developmentOther related duties assigned as needed

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.  . This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
