The Risk Manager will join the Internal Control team and actively contribute to the implementation and management of Solvency II Pillar 2 requirements, focusing on the Operational Risk Management framework. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Internal Control, you will identify key company risks and define controls to mitigate them.

You will play a pivotal role in the second line of defense to ensure the company is resilient to operational risks, with a particular emphasis on financial reporting risks. This role requires collaboration with business leaders, colleagues across the three lines of defense, and first-line control functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and schedule RCA (Risk Control Assessment) workshops. Guide risk owners and experts in mapping controls and fulfilling their roles within the NFRM framework. Analyze and compile risk data to support assessments. Challenge risk owners and experts in cases of disagreement regarding risks, key controls, or responses. Oversee regional activities, including NFRM, TRA (Top Risk Assessment), OREC (Operational Risk Event Capture), and data quality checks.

Key Performance Indicators

Successful completion of the NFRM yearly cycle. Support provided to entities/regions. Risk Policy Framework implementation and validation. Comprehensive documentation and training programs delivered.

Your Profile

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead workshops and explain complex concepts clearly. Solid understanding of Risk Management practices. Knowledge of Finance or EH products is a plus.
