We retain and hire the best minds, and we are looking for a new colleague to support the Enterprise Risk Management team in their operations, including reporting, training design, and methodology and process improvement activities.

The Product Risk Partner will be actively engaging with the business teams to drive the risk agenda with senior management and guide/support them in their risk management responsibilities.

What to expect:

First Line Engagement: You will support the First Line in delivering on their risk management responsibilities, which include the identification, the assessment and evaluation of risks against Swift's risk appetite and the risk mitigation definition when and where needed, as well as the quarterly risk monitoring.Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs):  You will be responsible for oversight, challenge, advice and support relating to the execution of RCSAs in the business teams and/or tribes you support.Identification of risk themes: You will be responsible for using your knowledge of the business teams you support to identify risk themes and will be responsible for sharing data and insights with the Risk Centre of Excellence (CoE) for reporting purposes. You will be accountable for escalating material risks in the supported area to the Executive Risk Partner where necessary.Data, Management Information and Monitoring: You will be responsible and accountable for challenging risk data produced by the business teams and/or tribes you support. You will be responsible for monitoring key anticipated and evolving risks in the respective teams and will serve as an escalation point for key material risks that require Chief Risk and Control Officer inputKnowledge & expertise:  You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the business teams and/or tribe you support, including their role and responsibilities, key deliverables and roadmaps.Read across and knowledge sharing: You will be responsible for sharing risk knowledge and insight with the teams and/or tribes you support and will also be responsible for knowledge sharing with the other Risk Partners.Culture: Along with your Risk Department colleagues you will be responsible for driving the risk culture across the teams and/or tribes you support. You will be responsible for acting according to Swift values and way of working based on an open minded, customer oriented and “one accountable team” approach.

What will make you successful?

Between 4 - 7 years of professional experienceEnterprise Risk Management (ERM) experience is a plusDegree in business, finance or equivalentBasic knowledge of ERM policies and risk frameworksGood communication and stakeholder management skillsDriven by taking on a wide range of different activities and interacting with diverse stakeholdersOpen-minded, solutions-oriented, and a true team playerAble to adapt flexibly to change and manage priorities across several different stakeholdersCustomer-oriented and striving to deliver the right quality and added value to the companyStrong analytical skillsFluent in English, spoken and writtenA sound interest in the Financial Services industry
