RISK PROGRAM ANALYST - Marketing Risk Los Angeles or NYC, hybrid schedule WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Risk Program Analyst works with Business Units across Marketing to support the execution, operation, and ongoing maintenance of the marketing Risk & Compliance Program. Promoting risk awareness across the Marketing Researches a wide variety of topics and issues including emerging risks & trends, and risk management best practices as needed Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance Support deposit product marketing material for regulatory compliance reviews Manage and conduct social media reviews for regulatory compliance Manage and conduct video, radio, and podcast reviews for regulatory compliance Manage and conduct copyright and trademark reviews Manage, review and enter client complaints into the complaint tracker system Performs day to day execution of risk related activities across area(s) of specialization including maintaining and updating the marketing compliance documentation per regulatory compliance. Support marketing Compliance Manager (s) with providing documentation for Audits/Exams and other reviews as needed. Stays current on industry best-practices and regulatory expectations, rules, and changes Must-Have* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 4 years of financial services or an equivalent, regulated industry experience Minimum 4 years in compliance or risk management Minimum 2 years of experience managing medium to large projects Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint. Demonstrated experience with regulations (Reg. DD, Reg. P, Reg, E, Reg. B) impacting consumer banking and/or business unit functions preferred. Demonstrated strong and sound decision-making abilities about compliance risks and recommended corrective action. Be able to review and research regulations in CFR, CFBP, and other regulatory sites as needed. Demonstrated ability to think critically and facilitate change through collaborative efforts. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Compensation Starting base salary: $37.96 - $60.64 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
