Role summary
This role is responsible for the retention of existing business and portfolio growth through the effective management of Member renewals.
Knowledge and skills
• Ability to negotiate with a customer to achieve a positive sales result.
• Ability to understand and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to meet demands, deadlines, and timeframes as they arise.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience
• Previous sales experience (essential).
• Previous insurance experience (desirable).
Qualifications
• ASIC RG 146 tier 1 qualification (essential).
