\t\t\t\t\t• Knowledge and experience required to manage, configure, upgrade and maintain database software;• Understanding of programming knowledge and analytical ability to develop embedded report templates; knowledge in SQL database management language is an asset;• Proficiency in software applications relevant to the work and area of responsibility (Microsoft Word, Excel advanced user is a must have, PowerPoint, SharePoint or equivalent). Predict, Jaspersoft and IReport knowledge is an asset.• Well-developed analytical, and problem solving skills to gather and process data, translate requirements into documented processes, interpret the results through critical thinking, and recommend process improvements and solutions to solve complex issues;• Strong client management, relationship building, communication (written and verbal), and conflict resolution skills to collaborate at all levels, working with team members, senior management, and process owners;ECE manages a large portfolio of projects/programs. The Risk team supports the Project Management team on over 300 projects and programs ranging from $1M to over $1B capital cost. The assignment includes interfacing with the risk team, project controls and senior management. The assignments are not project specific
