Lead projects with matrixed business, risk and technical resources. **LOCATION:** Candidate must be 'in office' at one of the following locations 4 days/week: + **Charlotte, NC** + **Atlanta, GA** No telecommute or full remote. No relocation assistance. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Provide project management capabilities and support for the development and continuous enhancement of complex, cross-functional RMO strategic initiatives and ERM programs; develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables; facilitate and communicate with executives/leadership; translate business requirements for technical development teams. 2. Develop efficient, effective, and controlled processes for the execution of risk management programs; document policies, procedures, process flows, and controls. 3. Facilitate and execute ongoing risk management programs; manage program timelines and deliverables; partner with stakeholders across the RMO and business units to execute program objectives. 4. Consult on the development of risk metrics and risk assessment methodologies to support risk identification, monitoring, measurement, and reporting; analyze data to identify risk trends and themes. 5. Develop presentations and reports to communicate risk management concepts, project / program objectives and deliverables, and periodic risk assessments; support the development of executive and board level risk reporting. 6. Support projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity, often with implications and/or resource requirements beyond own functional area. 7. Support key risk management business and risk administration responsibilities and projects for the Chief Risk Officer, Deputy Chief Risk Officer, Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory Relations Officer and the Head of Risk Strategy. **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience 2. 5+ years of experience in project management, program development, risk management, and data analytics **_for financial institutions_** 3. Experience working in cross-functional project teams 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills 5. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization 6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail 7. Self-starter with ability to execute deliverables with limited direction 8. Multi-tasker with adaptability and ability to perform in ambiguous environments 9. Adept with Microsoft Office products **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Direct ERM experience strongly preferred 2. Experience of successfully implementing large scale projects within the financial services industry 3. High levels of proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Archer 4.
