ROLE OVERVIEW
Part of our Front Office team on our River vessels, the Guest Service Manager manage the Guest Services Department and provide excellent guest service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business, while also increasing revenue and profitability of the company.The Guest Service Manager reports to Hotel Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO ON BOARD
Center of information for guests and managing onboard sales Operating phone switchboard, cashless system, and safety system Providing 24-hour concierge services and organizing embarkation/disembarkation Handling guest complaints, preparing guest lists and invitations, and assisting with guest medical disembarkations Coordinating departure arrangements and dispatching shore excursions Dealing effectively with customers and resolving conflicts with patience, tact, and diplomacy

ABOUT YOU
Graduation from a hospitality school required, and higher level of academic degree preferred Minimum of 2 years previous experience required in an upscale cruise line or hotel in a similar position Must be discreet, well-groomed, and maintain impeccable hygiene standards Guest-focused, positive personality, and professional appearance Fluent in English and able to work different shifts, with excellent oral and written communication skills
