RMA Quality Engineer

岗位职责与权限:

根据公司规定,处理客户投诉、客户退换货、检测退回产品、处理客户特殊请求并跟踪处理,以维护良好的客户关系。 如退货原因是质量问题,需利用质量工具协调并推动相关部门(包含厂内、国外工厂、供应商)进行改善处理,具备积极主动解决问题能力和方法; 对退货不良品进行记录分析检测,输出质量分析报告,包括但不限于:8D报告、CAPA、PSR等。 负责Resale产品IQC来料异常问题处理,不合格品判定、反馈并推动供应商改善; 配合应对相关客户审核 对于客户反馈的问题,必要时需出差进行现场处理; 部门经理、主管安排的其他工作;

 

任职要求:

英语能作为工作语言使用,可以与国外同事开会沟通; 本科以上学历,机械制造、机电/电器等相关专业; 具备5年以上处理客户投诉工作经验;了解传感器类产品的基本技术要求,能够看懂技术资料; 能够适应不定期前往客户现场出差; 了解并能熟练运用质量改善工具,8D、CAPA、PSP等; 责任心强,学习能力强 具备良好的沟通能力,能够和其他同事良好协作
