**I. Job Summary**
Supervises collections staff and activities in the Revenue Management Center (RMC).
Position is based at 2550 W Union Hills, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ.
**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
+ Supervises RMC collections staff and coordinates workflow and assignments.
+ Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
+ Develops, coordinates, and conducts training and evaluations of RMC collections employees.
+ Reviews account disputes and adjustments, and resolves escalated customer complaints.
+ Compiles data from daily assignments, including daily call activity and productivity spreadsheets.
+ Creates and submits reports to senior management.
**III. Supervisory Responsibilities**
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees. This includes:
+ Direct supervision of ____8___ full-time employees; credit & collections agents.
**IV. Qualifications**

A. Education and Experience
+ Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited).
+ Experience: Four years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
+ None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
+ Accounting/bookkeeping, credit and collections, customer service and supervisory skills may be required.
+ Must be in the Phoenix AZ area and able to commute to Union Hills office.
